How does this site work?
It’s pretty simple. Click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top & left of our website. Once you have chosen a category all you have to do is move your mouse over any product you find interesting and click. The product will open up and give you further details. You choose the color, type, size and proceed to check out. You can also type a keyword into your search box and a few options will open for you. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact our customer service agents.
What can I do with a Coupon?
Search the website for all the products you like and add them to your "cart". Click View Cart at the top right site of the site. At the bottom of that page, you can add the number of your coupon and it will tell you the credit value you can use.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
Click the “My Account/ Order Status” link on the top right hand side of the site to check the status of your order. It will take 10-14 days for your order to arrive from the date of actual shipping.

IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER:
If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM ORDERS BE DELIVERED:
Custom items are those which we need to manufacture especially, hence as soon as they are done, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping Costs:
We can help you apply the SHELLYSWALLS at a nominal charge (only available at select locations) or we ship the SHELLYSWALLS to you. The shipping charges depend on the size and bulk of the package. Larger SHELLYSWALLSs covering many surfaces will cost more.
Forgot my Password
Go to "My Account/ Order Status" link at the top right side of the site. Under the login box, click on the “forgot password” That link will send an email to you with your new password. Once you check your email, enter the new password in the login box on our site. Remember to change your password once you log in.
Return Policy?
We are confident that you will absolutely love our products, but just in case anything is wrong with your order please immediately send an email to info@shellyswalls.com with you name, invoice number and reason for return. You have 7 days from receiving the product to return it in perfect, unopened condition, and only then will you will receive a full refund. Please note, all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged. SHELLYSWALLS reserves the right to decline refund if the product is not in perfect condition. If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be sent back to you. SHELLYSWALLS offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please see return instructions received with your package for the correct return address.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing time of your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and processing time of your bank to our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

How long will it take for my order to come?

Can I return my order:
Once shipped, the order cannot be returned unless the wrong parcel has arrived to you or the shipment is damaged.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
A Friend, Masking Tape, Applicator & Your wall decal
SIZES SMALL & MED:
Unpack And Inspect The wall decal (Leaving Both Coatings On). Clean The Surface Where You Will Be Applying Your wall decal. Make Sure It Is Smooth, Dry And Free Of Debris. Lay Down The wall decal With Clear Coat Face Down. Your Goal Is To Release The wall decal From The Paper Backing And Allow It To Cling To The Clear Coat. To Begin, Crease/Fold Back The Paper Backing And Slowly Continue To Pull The Paper Backing Downward While Constantly Looking Back And Forth To Make Sure The wall decal Is Releasing (Not Sticking To The Paper Or Tearing). Again, Use Your Finger Nail Or A Blade If Necessary If You Hit Problem Areas. Once The Paper Is Fully Removed, You Will Be Left With The Clear Coat And Vinyl (Sticky Sides Up, Facing You). As You Hold The Decal Up To The Desired Location Of The Wall, Make Sure To Have Someone Help Hold It Away From The Wall So It Does Not Prematurely Stick To The Wall. Once You Have It Positioned, Slowly Start From The Top And Run The Applicator To The Decal Downward Onto The Wall While Pressing Out Air Bubbles. Now Slowly Remove The Clear Coat From Top To Bottom. If You See Left Over Air-Pockets Near The Edges, Slowly Lift Up The Vinyl To Release The Air And Reapply. If There Is A Centrally Located Air Bubble, Use A Pin To Pop The Air Pocket And Then Smooth It Down With Your Finger.
SIZES LARGE & EXTRA LARGE:
STEP 1: Clean the surface where you will be applying your wall decal. Make sure it is smooth, dry and free of debris. Unpack and carefully inspect the wall decal (leaving both coatings on). Larger wall decal’s are created in multiple pieces and have match points in the shapes of stars, circles, squares or targets. Familiarize yourself with the match points.
STEP 2: Lay your wall decal down onto a clean flat surface with the wall decal facing upward. Before cutting out each section with a 1.5" border, make sure to keep the correct match point with its designated image. Cut the wall decal into their separate sections, then overlap them on the flat surface to review how they match together.
STEP 3: Firmly burnish each section of the wall decal to the clear transfer coating with your squeegee, working outward from the center to the edges to remove the larger air pockets. This re-suctions the wall decal to the clear transfer coating.
STEP 4: Still leaving both coatings on, use masking or painters tape to position the wall decal to its desired location. Stand back at a distance to review its positioning and modify if needed.
STEP 5: Now that your WALL DECAL is in position with masking tape, (choose the largest section to start with) SLOWLY peel off the paper backing, while making certain that the WALL DECAL is lifting off the paper and only clinging to the clear coat. If the WALL DECAL is not clinging to the clear coat, place your hand behind the problem area and burnish it as you work your way down. Keep up with adhering the WALL DECAL and clear coat to the wall as you go (to minimize air pockets).
STEP 6: After the paper backing is completely removed, run the Applicator over the clear coat and wall decal (from center to edges). SLOWLY peel off the clear transfer coating, leaving the wall decal behind. If you notice your wall decal peeling up with the clear coat, reapply them both to the surface and firmly burnish the wall decal to the wall.
Align the match points and repeat STEP 4 thru STEP 6.
STEP 7: When all clear coatings are removed, perform a close-up preview of your wall decal. If you see air-pockets, lift up edges to release the air or use a pin to pop the bubbles and then smooth down with your finger. Peel off all match points and enjoy!
